How do we control quality for you?
We control the fabric quality with stable filament and additives suppliers with the same formula we use for standard fabric. The technicians can only operate the machine independently after one-year of training.
Before stitching, the fabric will be cut by our cutting machine with high accuracy which is controlled by a computer. Our stitching workers are all experienced workers who have over 5 years of experience in cloth or bag factories.
Before packing, there will be 3 workers who are responsible for checking and tidying the pots.
During delivery, our merchandiser will check goods according to the order list to avoid any wrong delivery or less delivery.
We also welcome QC assigned by customers to check the quality and cooperate with them to make sure no defective goods will be delivered.
